Mice, rats, roaches, rabbits, snakes, turtles, bats, foxes, pigeons, owls, raccoons, skunks, carpet beetles, squirrels, bed bugs…. What do these critters have in common? They have all been cited as “vermin” in claim denials that I’ve consulted on.
